Nialls Systems provides an enterprise oriented software model that focuses in maintaining a comprehensive Electronic Medical Record. Since even before the moment of the patient first visit to the physician's office, the system initiates the creation of a dedicated Patient Relationship Management in which the visit scheduling, office visits, prescriptions, lab reports, diagnosis, and availability of information to external providers such as hospitals, and insurance agencies is carefully provided.
For instance, the system provides total care of a woman's health by having her health record evolve during her lifetime. Using the guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the health records can evolve to keep her information in reference to yearly exams, or during her pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

For the physician, and the people that are entrusted with this information, means that the records are readily available anywhere at any time by using a computer or smartphone through an internet connection.

There is also no more need to use external tools to calculate parameters being used in the record, all the needed calculations are part of the system.

Different studies indicate that administrative costs alone account for 15%-30% of total health-care expenditures. The primary reason is that the traditional paper-based processes in most hospitals and practices are inefficient and can contribute to substandard care. Paper-based records require time and labor to file and, for some information, repeatedly type into a computer. They often get lost, leading to the redundant cost, labor, and effort of patient retesting. Handwritten charts and prescriptions can lead to adverse drug interactions, which are responsible for 7,000 deaths and 1.5 million injuries every year, according to a July 2006 study by the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies (http://www.iom.edu). In the digital era, health-care administration is increasingly anachronistic.
